Our Programs

Muscle Sprouts designs and delivers bespoke, holistic health management programs covering physical activity, nutrition, lifestyle skills and strategies for a wide range of organisations. We assess an organisation's requirements and either tailor an existing program or design a bespoke program to meet the organisation's needs. Contact Us today for more information.

Muscle Sprouts also provides programs for schools, government agencies, hospitals, corporates, aged care facilities and hotels.

Holiday Sports Camps

The Muscle Sprouts team are ready with holiday camps that are all about having fun.

Our five day program is aimed to entertain the kids with a massive range of inclusive games.

The kids will run, hop, jump and dive their way through the day using all sorts of equipment with facilitators who boast years of experience working with children. With daily prizes for individual and team challenges the camp will wear the kids out and leave them asking for more!

The unique structure focuses on more enjoyment and development with games, activities that cater for a greater range of kids from 5 - 12 years.

Muscle Sprouts tailor the games and activities to suit the group of kids we have on the day, so every day there will be something new and fun. We also value the input from the kids in developing our program further.

Here is an example of what a day at Muscle Sprouts Sports camp would involve:

8.00 - 8.30am: Rego

8.45am: Starter games (30 mins)
- Drinks break

9.30 am: More starter games (15 mins)
- Initial team games or individual activities. Ball games. (20 mins each.)

10.30am: Morning tea & 30 min break for free time. (Video)

11.00am: Team games
- Start with an all in team game. Eg; Capture the flag (10 mins)
- Split into two groups. Structured team games. (30 mins each)
- Finish with group activity.

12.30pm: LUNCH
- Free time & Video

2.00pm: Indoor games – music and starter type games.
- Obstacle course / relay races / End game.

4.45pm: Finish

Sports Parties

Our parties involve a variety of games and activities based on the interests of the party host. We use ropes, cones, balls, hoops, hurdles, balance beams and goals that will keep the kids entertained for hours.

We have done parties for 1 – 1000, so there is no party too big or too small for our team. We help you every step of the way and even give you advice on how to find out exactly what your child wants, so call us now.
